Tickets for the next Keane On Style event have gone on sale and you can get your online HERE The event takes place on Saturday 30th January at the CityNorth Hotel which is 15 mins north of Dublin Airport, at Junction 7 on the M1. So our first DAY event is shaping up to be very busy and a very full house. The closest event to Dublin (City North Hotel is 15 minutes drive from The Point Village) Keane On Style for Boomerang will open its doors at midday when guests can sip away on a complimentary glass of bubbles whilst browsing 20 shops in our Pop-Up shopping area. I was lucky enough to meet Maureen O’Hara when she received the Lifetime Achievement Award at the Irish Tatler​ Women Of The Year Awards in 2010. Maureen spoke at length about her own struggles as a woman trying to succeed in Hollywood in the 1940’s, and you could hear a pin drop in the packed ballroom for the duration of her acceptance speech. She was a very engaging, entertaining 90-year-old lady then and she received a standing ovation for her hilarious anecdotes about the business. Here I am prepping with Denise Lord, Gala Retail Services and Event Manager and the GM of the Malton Hotel, Kilkarney. Can’t believe this room in The Malton Hotel will be transformed into 4O tables of ten for tonight’s Gala BEST Awards…That’s one hell of a 90 minute make-over!!!

Just arrived at The Malton Hotel in Killarney and loving my room. The decor is subtle and understated. And my ensuite is stunning. I’m here to host the Gala Best Awards. I mc’d last year too.
